Heading programme to Develop Nordea's Enterprise Architecture processes and competences

TrygVesta is the second largest general insurance company in the Nordics. I developed longterm "process- and IT strategy" for the TrygVesta Group, leading to the launch of a large tranformation programme ("Tryg Transition") to plan- and implement.

Nordea is the largest financial company in the Nordics. The "Business IT Architecture" unit developed IT Strategies and Enterprise Architecture for all business units, and governed execution. A main achievement was the architecture of the "Nordea Transformation Programme" -- a multi-year programme to unify business processes and IT.

Nordea was formed in the year 2000, as a merger between swedish, finnish and danish financial companies. Unibank A/S was the danish part. The System Infrastructure Unit was a 100+ person unit managing and developing the main IT platforms, development processes and IT architectures used in Nordea.

Unibank A/S was the second-largest financial company in Denmark. As "Business CIO" I was the manager of the relationship between two of Unibank's business units, and Unibank's IT organisation.

Systech A/S was a small technology development company, doing IT- and electronic product development for a range of (primarily) danish companies.

Programme manager for SDC's largest programme, namely to implement a 'mission critical' communication system interconnecting SDC's central IT production centers to SDC's customers.
