I am Executive Vice President, EVP, in the unit-owned energy and fiber network group Andel. We are 2400 colleagues who fight for CO2 reduction and equal digital opportunities when we invest in fiber networks, wind turbines, charging infrastructure for electric cars and smart energy solutions. We do this through our subsidiaries, i.a. the e-mobility company Clever, where I, as chairman of the board, contribute to achieving Clever's goal of making it easy to choose and drive an electric car by establishing an efficient and fine-meshed charging network for electric cars everywhere in Denmark.I have been deeply involved in Andel's acquisition of Radius Elnet and Ørsted's btc and outdoor lighting business in 2019 and 2020, as well as the subsequent and extensive work of integrating the Andel Group's many subsidiaries. A key task is to establish a governance structure that supports the Group's operations and future strategic development.Among the areas of responsibility have been board positions in Clever A/S, SEAS-NVE Strømmen A/S and Klimafonden. The responsibility also covers service and dialogue with the Board of Directors, the Board of Representatives and our 400,000 members in Andel A.m.b.a. For many years I have been member of the cooperation committee in SEAS-NVE and various committees under the industry organization Dansk Energi.I have held several management positions in NVE and SEAS-NVE with a focus on the administrative disciplines of power distribution, energy trading, pricing, forecasting, business management, strategy, benchmark and regulatory issues. Most recently as SVP with responsibility for business development - corporate strategy, major development projects, group secretariat, group legislation and corporate communication. Over the years, various positions have involved work with a majority of the national and international energy companies as well as national and international authorities.
