- Collaborate with internal application engineering team to promote WEG's share of growth in the ASEAN region, aligning the customer needs with the products of the company portfolio.- Manage commercial aspects including forecasting, pricing, contract management and commercial agreements.- Support sales team in product application assistance as required in support of sales efforts.- Promote lead discussions with OEMs and distributors to provide the best footprint and product strategy to guarantee a robust supply chain, leveraging WEG's differentiated footprint to generate value to the customers.

- Reviewing tender proposals for Australian aviation clients in accordance to aviation standard, relating primary to luggage system designs and upgrade.- Preparing submission data and engineering comparisons for clients' review. - Preparing concept design layout in Autocad. - Site installation for remote monitoring devices for Fedex SG sorting system.- Preparing monthly maintenance reviews for Fedex with the contracted maintenance vendor.

-Review technical specifications and work with customer service team to generate quotations.-Work closely with factories to resolve customer problems and needs.-Handle warranty claims, repairs, replacement and assist local sales units (LSUs) to achieve excellent after sales service.-Provide services such as commissioning , troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and etc when needed.-Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics and computer generated reports.-Provide sales support to Singapore LSU.-Key Account Support for Shell, Flowserve, ITT and Sulzer in Asia Pacific region.-Participate in development and assist in implementation of product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction.-Involve in the sales support covering Baldor electrical motors and Dodge mechanical transmission products.-Oversee the technical requirements in customers' requirements in the regional South East Asia.-Travel over the SEA region to support customers in their applications.-Handle and oversee technical support in 6 SEA countries namely Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines. Support was also expanded to include Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, India and Taiwan. -Involve in specifications for major OEM and companies locally and abroad.These companies include FosterWheeler, ExxonMobil, Chevron, SimeDarby etc.-Collaborating with sales team members in the selection of products for sale enquiries.-Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew. Providing reports about equipment functionality and capability to the department.-Specify company products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.-Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
