I've always found it fascinating how we can use technology to make our everyday lives better and a little easier. But technology itself cannot do anything better, it is how we humans choose to use it that creates value. That's where I come in.I am a certified scrum master and project manager who creates value for customers by acting as a bridge between technology and people. With the support of my background in software development, I help customers get maximum value from their systems and digital solutions. I enjoy building long-term customer relationships and I am used to helping customers develop systems, routines, and work methods as the world around them and the customer's needs change.I also have experience working in management, dealing with both strategic and operational issues. I have led the implementation of agile working methods, introduced company-wide systems, and developed routines for project planning and follow-up. Working with a mix of internal and external assignments is something I greatly appreciate.Others see me as an organized and dedicated team player, and that is exactly what I enjoy being. I also like to take on a leadership role when appropriate, and my leadership skills are something I continuously strive to develop.
