Responsibilities:- Recruiting new candidates through job boards, Indeed, and RecruitRobin.- Coordinating advertising campaigns with the marketing team.- Conducting daily physical and digital intake interviews with candidates.- Preparing and presenting proposal profiles to clients.- Scheduling and following up on candidate interviews.- Actively approaching new clients.- Processing and explaining new requests within the team.- Account management and relationship maintenance.- Account development and negotiating terms with clients.- Collaborating with the back office to ensure compliance with collective labor agreement (CLA) conditions and agreements.- Communicating CLA conditions and agreements with candidates and clients.- Coordinating with administration and accounts receivable for handling completed requests.
