Having been involved in our family company for most of my life has given me valuable insight in developing and growing a business. Through working in various roles in the company I have gained a broad understanding of the elements needed for a successful business. My aim is to deepen my knowledge through interesting challenges that support this process. I am especially interested in how businesses can utilize data in their decision-making processes to solve problems and further enhance their business. I am a result-orientated team player who thrives under pressure, which traces back to my background in competitive football when growing up. As a person I am organized and analytical; I am skilled at problem-solving through recognizing patterns and coming up with practical solutions. I enjoy a good challenge and learning new skills, and as an employee, I always strive for my best performance. I love travelling the world and meeting people from different backgrounds. This has taken me to working and studying in three countries abroad as well as travelling across the world. I am a social person and enjoy creating connections across borders. When I’m not working or travelling, you can find me doing or watching all sorts of sports, doing online courses in programming, spending time with friends and family or listening to audiobooks.
