In my past 15 years career as a people director and business development professional, I have always been passionate about networking, business development and embracing new technology. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to work with fantastic people and multi-country blue-chip customers, which have enabled and cultivated my relationship-building skills and navigation in- and outside organizations on all levels. My domain expertise has been a journey from managerial roles within shared service Finance & Accounting background (being an Auditor) to more operational managerial roles within Outsourcing of Payroll (HRO) in multiple countries - Always with multi-country blue-chip customers to serve. Being an extrovert, I have had the privilege to add both Business Development and Key Account Management to my learning journey, within the domain of Human Resource Management and HR IT the past 8 years. Currently I am the Founder of Payview ApS. Payviews purpose is increasing quality and general trust in payroll processing & payroll related services. Payview is an independent competence center with extensive experience in complex payroll & payroll related services (BPO). On the personal side I am an avid connector who thrives in cultivating relationships. I have combined my greatest passions – business development, people networking & helping customers simplifying their payroll – so now at Payview ApS, I can help my customers with their payroll journey and employee experience through digital (transactional) HR transformation. I am extremely customer centric.I am a diverse professional who can both add value with my hands-on experience from transactional back-office operational excellence within F&A and Payroll, but also enable my customers to develop best in class flexible HR technology through my expertise in HR Services and HR IT. I have made it my business to only go for the win-win partnerships and exclude all others. So, I am always on the outlook of finding passionate, knowledgeable and experienced colleagues with a cool mind, but a warm heart and finding customers who are looking for Payroll value realization, rather than just shiny HR tech.My mission is to simplify payroll.
