BannerFlow - A banner production revolution!Founded in 2010, BannerFlow is one of the first HTML5 ad production platforms for ads that run across all devices and screens. The BannerFlow Platform allows interactive designers, creative agencies, publishers and advertisers to create and manage large volumes of animated ads in a very short time.

Responsible for the strategy, development, packaging and pricing of the product at Sweden’s leading mobile payment company.Designed and specified a new online payment product, WyWallet Multipay, and contracted a vendor for the project. The product was delivered on time and within budget with a result that provides higher conversion, greater reach and a completely new mobile shopping experience, all with a simplified technical integration. In the small (less than 20 employees) organization widely dependent on suppliers I’ve initiated and been responsible for RFP/RFQ processes where new suppliers has been taken onboard for larger development projects.

Responsible for the road map and vision as well as the owner of the iGaming Platform on which the 15+ sites of Betsson Group is built. The platform incudes fundamental things such as provider integrations, the wallet, the bonus system, customer information and the companies back office as well as pure acquisition and customer experience enhancing features. Managing an international team of four product owners and a UX designer with an aim of growing this together with the technical organization, which at the time, consisted of 45 people based in multiple countries.

Responsible for driving conversion optimization projects on multiple brands.The role was extended to also include product development tasks.Drove and was responsible for the building and delivery of one of the first igaming bonus systems working in a seamless wallet environment. This from the strategic business rules and specifications to the project management and implementation of the system.

Started up the web analytics process. Responsible for implementation of a web analytics tool as well as tracking, analysis testing and optimization strategies. From having close to no web analytical thinking or processes when I started we are today working with testing, behavioural targeting and optimization incorporated in our processes to make sure the site and our communication is the best it can be. Driven by data and knowledge not by gut feeling.

When Webtrends acquired Webcontrol in July 2007 my role stayed the same the first half year. I then moved on to a more strict post sales role with responsibility for larger projects performing requirements gathering, implementation and training services to enterprise customers within the EMEA region. I was working with various clients such as KLM, Truvo, Tiscali, Toyota, Atlas Copco, TeliaSonera, Folksam and Riksgälden.

I worked both in the sales and post sales process with different customers in various segments. I was responsible for the technical sales presentations and questions as well as capturing the business requirements from the customers and implementing the Webtrends solution. The role also included working with our current customers, expanding their usage and reporting. I also trained our customers, performing both technical and business/marketing training. I worked with customers in the Swedish market such as Atlas Copco, Alecta, TeliaSonera and Riksgälden.

Responsible for the WebTrends Support in Sweden.

Worked as a consultant for Academic Work at Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset. From the start my role was IT support. Along the time it grew to include responsibility for all new implementation and delivery of hardware across the whole hospital in Solna.
