As part of the Department of Quality Assurance and Compliance worked as responsible desk officer to the humanitarian, civil society and staffing department (HCP). Responsibilities covering quality assurance of contracts, disbursements and commitments to danish NGOs receiving official develpment aid. Also responsible for advising the financial management at the danish embassies in Ghana, Burkina Faso and Mali.

CISU is an umbrella organization to around 300 danish civil society organizations working in international development aid. CISUs revenue was in 2013 around 190 mil. DKK out of which the main part are distributed to development projects around the world.Responsibilities:- Daily management and controling of CISUs budgetting, accounting and internal/external reporting.- Team coordinator for the administrative teams tasks and its alignment to the overall strategy of CISU- Grant monitoring and development of CISUs financial monitoring capacity towards grant holders- Capacity building of our member organizations in financial management through courses and counselling.

The Student Council is the non-profit political interest group representing the 39,000 students at Aarhus University. Yearly turnover in 2011 of more than 400,000 EUR. Organizes student fair with 4,000 participants and Sport and Social day with 8,000 participants. Worked 25-30 hours/week.- Responsible for all finances including accounting, budgeting, monitoring and reporting for all projects and operations.- Responsible for the management of approx. 260 volunteers and employees across all projects and operations through middle managers.- Coordinating the development and implementation of the overall business strategy and securing alignment with policy agenda.- Maintaining, strategically developing and negotiating with the Student Councils commercial networks and key partnerships.The Student Council recorded its best financial statements of the past 20 years in 2010 and 2011. The number of employees and volunteers increased significantly in 2010 and again in 2011. The scope and size of the business project portfolio increased in both 2011 and 2012.

Youth Health House

The project was using youth-to-pupils gender divided group session methods to supplement the oldest primary school pupils’ sex education in Aarhus. The project educated more than 1,000 pupils in 2009. Worked 15-20 hours/week.-Managing, organizing and coordinating the projects human and capital resources with tasks and stakeholder demands.-Performing ongoing professional development of the project staff through individual coaching and group training sessions.-Developing and implementing a project marketing strategy towards external stakeholders to expand project activities.-Coordination and development of quality control of youth-to-pupils sessions and staff performance through quantitative statistics. The Youth-to-pupils educational activities with secondary school classes in Aarhus rose 67% in 2009 from a long standing level of activity. It was at the same time given a positive or very positive evaluation by 86% of all visiting pupils and 12% neutral.

Tortilla Flats is a mexican restaurant placed for more than 20 years at the heart of Vejle city. Worked full time.- Responsible for the daily operations of the waiter team and general "on the floor" service.- Organizing recuitment and ongoing training of the waiter-staff.- Planning and coordinating duty roster and capacity setup.- Administering and developing beverage supply and stock management.With seats for 94 guests Tortilla Flats usually serves more than 300 a la carte guests per weekend as well as frequently hosting exclusive private gatherings.
