Had the pleasure to work with the most amazing team in the iGaming industry. The planned two years became three. We “broke the curve”, we almost doubled the revenue as well as the EBITDA. We build one of the best products in the industry, got awarded 12 times (product, responsible gaming, marketing, leadership etc) positioned Mr Green as one of the most responsible brands in the industry and managed to recruit fantastic talents in all departments. With William Hill acquiring Mr Green it was the perfect opportunity for me to move back to Sweden.

Euroflorist is Europes largest independent network for sending flowers with operations in 12 countries, 1,1 billion SEK in sales and over 2.000.000 bouquets delivered per year. The company has for the last four years transformed from a retail driven business modell to an omni channel modell with over 70% of the revenue coming from 28 e-commerse sites in 12 different countries. Online growth has been ca 30% p.a the last four years with high Trustpilot ratings. EBITDA has doubled during the same period.

CEO and President of Eniro during it's transformation period where Eniro went from 40/60 online/print share in revenues (approx. 6 billion SEK) to 60/40 and where debt where reduced from 10,7 billion SEK to 6,4 billion. Eniro new search algorithm (The Yellow Revolution) as well as a comprehensive cost saving program and a new more competitive and online driven sales culture where created and implemented during this period.
