Reporting to Group CFO, managing a department in TDC Finance consisting of 23 analysts. Member of TDC Top Leadership Team (TLT). The department is divided into four teams: Data Management & Projects, Finance Analytics, Reporting & Financial Modelling, and Planning & Business Support. The department is focused on creating and developing value-creating management and board reporting, financial planning and modeling, as well as finance analytics. The overall aim of the department is to deliver best in class reporting and analytical insight through the increased use of financial and operational data, supporting the entire TDC Group with best-in-class analyses and analytical tools. The department is also working on transforming TDC through a number of strategically important cross-functional projects, while driving increased use of automation, robotics, analytics and self-service reporting solutions. The department is furthermore responsible for scoping, driving and implementing a number of strategic transformation projects, including the implementation of a new ERP system for TDC, a new planning and budgeting system (Jedox), and for handling the GDPR processes for TDC Finance.

Managing a team responsible for driving the company’s short-term and long-term financial performance. Managing the company's financial and strategic planning cycles, working closely with key stakeholders to ensure plans are aligned and executed upon. Leading the implementation of APMM’s beyond budgeting forecasting system, consisting of rolling forecast at Group and business unit level. The process ensures a high degree of agility in the planning process as well as a continued focus on external and internal future business opportunities. Leading, initiating, implementing and tracking of key business development projects. This includes the following projects in 2015/16: • KPI project: Identified company-wide and Business Unit (BU) specific performance indicators aligned with strategy, assessed their value contribution and established monthly/quarterly reporting system. • Cost Program: Led the planning, development and implementation of a highly successful project, Project FIT, aimed at freeing up capital from the balance sheet by optimising working capital and core/non-core assets across all APMM business units. The project freed up around 10 bn USD, 20% more than expected.• Organizational Development: Initiated, developed and implemented a talent management finance educational program, aimed at senior talented leaders in Maersk.Have professionalised the Performance management process at APMM by linking the different processes around strategy formulation and execution. Responsible for the planning, organizing, hosting and follow-up on meetings for Management (internal as well as with BU’s) and the CFO Board consisting of Group and BU CFO’s.
