Throughout my time in these companies, I gained a basic understanding of how resource planning works and how important accurate scheduling can be. This way of delivering a service to companies, also gave me some unique personal skills. Being thrown into a new environment, with new people and new ways of working. Every time I was assigned a new company I gained skills and experience, adapting to a new environment and actively getting to know new people.
