My qualifications.Throughout my 20+ years in the telecommunication business working for GlobalConnect, Nokia and Telenor in Denmark and Norway I have acquired a deep insight into an ever changing business of telecommunication from a technical point of view as well as the operational processes and supporting systems that are required in order to maintain a service level that meets the expectations of the customers. Throughout my career I have constantly been working with change in transition and transformation projects primarily as program- or project manager but also as line manager. Throughout the last 5+ years I have been working with transformation on management level alongside with leading and driving a strategic operational transformation program constituting 5+ continuously running projects as program manager reporting to top management.
