My qualifications.Throughout my 20+ years in the telecommunication business working for GlobalConnect, Nokia and Telenor in Denmark and Norway I have acquired a deep insight into an ever changing business of telecommunication from a technical point of view as well as the operational processes and supporting systems that are required in order to maintain a service level that meets the expectations of the customers. Throughout my career I have constantly been working with change in transition and transformation projects primarily as program- or project manager but also as line manager. Throughout the last 5+ years I have been working with transformation on management level alongside with leading and driving a strategic operational transformation program constituting 5+ continuously running projects as program manager reporting to top management. Who I am?I am an experienced leader and senior program/project manager that holds diploma in electronic engineering as well as business administration and has great experience in managing large transformation, transition and consolidation programs/projects within the telecom business.I have a very good understanding of the business and operational processes and have in different projects been working with assessing operational models such as managed services in both Telenor and in TT-Netværket (Telenor and Telia joint venture RAN company in Denmark). ”I represent, value and live: Integrity, Trust and Execution”!
