My strong analytic skills combined with my clear drive to build and develop new processes in order to create business opportunities and profitability has taken me on a very exciting journey. During my career I have gained solid Financial Risk Management skills, deep knowledge within Cash Management and FX, the know-how to set up and run a Treasury function from scratch as well as a very vast inside knowledge of Banking. In addition I have had the pleasure to work with colleagues and customers in multi-cultural and international settings. I have enjoyed navigating in complex, sometimes unknown and often fast changing environments. My main driver is to contribute to the business by meeting and understanding the needs of my stakeholders and thus driving Treasury and Cash Management successfully forward – developing both processes and people. As a person I am curious, enjoying sharing knowledge and thinking outside the box to find the best solution. I don´t settle down. I am appreciated as an easy-going, analytical, self-propelled, result-oriented, reliable and loyal colleague and business partner. I easily move between leading and being a team member as I truly enjoy the variation of operational and strategic work.
