Working on complex national and international issues, finance & budget affairs, policy & strategy development, project coordination and policy implementation. During the past years I have been working on arms control, financing and improving the National Veterans Policy & Veterans Health Care System, the prevention of radicalisation in Dutch society, the coordination of United Nations peacekeeping missions and budget affairs. Personal contact and keeping in touch with the workplace while working on the interface between policy and implementation are of great importance to me. I like to exchange knowledge with my colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. During my work I have acquired extensive experience in security policy, defence, public finance, state budget and request for tender processes. During my stays in and business trips to the Middle East and North Africa I gained extensive foreign experience. Besides, I like to work on socio-political and organisational issues and I am interested in urban development, especially urban development in Rotterdam.
