It was a dream of 3rd generation LEGO owner Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen and I worked closely with him to make his dream come alive. This included building the house, developing the guest experiences, setting up the organization, and defining the business- and operating model.LEGO House opened to the public in September 2017. Over the next five-year period, I was leading LEGO House as the CEO turning it from a vision into an award-winning world-class attraction with an outstanding guest and employee experience.
