The role as Project Manager include: Pre-sale - Technical & commercial support.Technical Clarification meeting with customers.Specification Compliance Review.Contract Review. Budgeting. Project Estimation. Engineering to requirement specifications. Design of the system. It includes network, software, instrument cabinets and integration with external systems (DCS, IPMS, SGS etc).Resource Management.Risk Management.Scope & Change Management. Technical Documentation.Engineering of Test Procedures. Build of Systems, Supervision.Testing & Testing Supervision.Delivery to Client.Commissioning Support and Supervision.Project handover & Closing. After Sales & Support.Secondary I’m involved with continuous improvements of Project Model, QA Processes and interfaces to other departments with the company.
