Sales and recruiting for two high-volume branches with five direct reports and a combined annual budget of $4M+. In charge of meeting and exceeding sales quotas including forecasting, budgeting, and P/L.➤ Proactively sales and drives territory and profit levels to meet and exceed financial targets.➤ Engage directly in new and existing client development activities that included cold calling, schedulingclient appointments, follow-ups, and company research.➤ Design and implement overall recruiting and sales strategy➤ Develop and update job descriptions and specifications➤ Post jobs and source and recruit candidates by using databases, job boards, social media, etc.➤ Interview and screen candidates in person and by phone➤ Provide strategic direction, guidance, and hands-on support to staff with a focus on recruiting, account management, new business development, customer satisfaction, and compliance.➤ Serve as the main point of contact for addresses and resolving customer and employee issues.➤ Coordinate and lead internal and external resources to develop presentations and proposals.
