Dr Group is a national IT/AV/Telco company, my role there was quite varied, my main responsibilities were to manage the workflow of technicians for PC and AV jobs required for corporate clients nationally and in NZ. Liase with external corporate partners, technicians and management to ensure the flow of jobs were booked in efficiently. Assist management with their day to day needs, set up for business meetings and was the face of the company on reception for majority of my employment.

J&H Williams was a Manufacturing company who designed and manufactured high-quality metal products for various industries including agriculture, construction, defence, mining, hydro, rail, dust and fume control and shipbuilding. My role as Executive Assistant saw me assist the Managing Director and Operations Manager in their day to day needs, I was the first point of contact and travelled interstate to Defence Trade shows and to Christchurch NZ for new business opportunities, unfortunately the company has since gone into liquidation and is now permanently closed.

A Government Funded Job Active Provider connecting job seekers on income support payments with Employers. I would have weekly or monthly appointments with each jobseeker on my caseload to keep them accountable and find paid employment or to uncover barriers to finding employment where I would then assist them in breaking these barriers by referring them to various training courses/counselling or put them in work experience programs. A highly challenging yet rewarding role.

Same role as Jobs Statewide however it was more candidate focused than Employer focused - A Government Funded Job Active Provider connecting job seekers on income support payments with Employers. I would have weekly or monthly appointments with each jobseeker on my caseload to keep them accountable and find paid employment or to uncover barriers to finding employment where I would then assist them in breaking these barriers by referring them to various training courses/counselling or put them in work experience programs. A highly challenging yet rewarding role. The company unfortunately lost funding and had to close.
