Main responsibilities:Liaising with project teams to establish project requirements for each projectPreparing, agreeing and monitoring timetables for all project work, ensuring that deadlines are met and key changes are escalated as appropriate for the whole process up to the production of final data files Drafting correspondence and preparing materials for dispatch in connection with test development, surveys and data collectionsBriefing and working closely with survey support staff to handle enquiries from correspondents by phone, letter, fax and e-mailMaintaining accurate records during the course of all data collection exercises using the survey administration system Monitoring responses and actively promoting participation in order to meet project requirements and providing weekly and final reports of response rates, sample composition and project progressEnsuring that work is undertaken in accordance with the Code of Practice for research, Data Security guidelines and Procedural guidelinesPlanning staffing and stationery/supply requirements to enable effective delivery of all projectsMonitoring the quality of data throughout the course of a projectUndertaking data cleaning exercises prior to the provision of data to statisticians for analysisMonitoring the budget of projects to ensure delivery of work within the agreed cost
