My education background is Criminal Justice with a minor in Economics. As an employee, I'm a hard worker and quick learner who is comfortable in most positions. Through my experience of retail and customer service, I have developed valuable social skills as well as management and problem solving skills that I think any business would find valuable. I'm very comfortable with technology (computers, electronics, cell phones, etc.) and always ready to learn about what I don't know. My Criminal Justice background has given me a firm grasp and appreciation for documentation, technical writing, research, and data processing whereas my economics education has given me knowledge in macro and micro economics, money trends and money management, as well as a hardy mathematics background. I’ve spent the past 3 years as a Systems Engineer for a small-medium sized MSP specializing in legal technologies where I’ve gained experience in: Helpdesk environment, extensive knowledge of Microsoft and it’s suite of programs and tools, hundreds of hours working with Microsoft Active Directory tools, features and functions, maintaining small to large networks in all aspects; from building, expanding multifaceted networks, implementing new software and hardware to a network, maintaining a large cloud environment’s hardware over two data centers, specializations in Document Management Systems and their supporting databases, plus countless other scenarios.
