I am a practitioner at Light Of Mind www.lightofmind.co.uk offering services to individuals, professionals and corporations sharing a new paradigm in the way that we understand and treat mental health. I utilise my specialist knowledge in food and eating behaviours in an extended way, to help individuals to make sense of their embodied experience in order to foster empowerment, supporting individuals to connect with the life that they desire and uncover their innate wellbeing. My specialist interests include the Polyvagal Theory and it's application to therapy - nervous system informed care, the inside out nature of experience, subtractive psychology and body first nutrition.

I am a freelance dietitian, specialising in the area of disordered eating and eating disorders. I have been working in this area since 2016 and have experience spanning inpatient settings, community mental health teams and private sector.

Recently completed the Postgraduate Diploma in dietetics at Leeds Metropolitan University.

Employed as a support worker for adults with learning disabilities. Community based support for people with a range of different needs in order to encourage independence and skills development.

Employed as a KS4 learning mentor at an Ofsted rated Outstanding Academy. Duties included academic counselling, careers advice and workshop development.
