I am a driven, personable individual with a diverse professional skill set. An articulate communicator, I excel in team settings and appreciate the learning opportunities they provide. In my current full-time position as Business Analysis Team Lead at Rollease Acmeda, I lead a team in project implementation, business data interpretation, and troubleshooting system issues. A key function of my role is providing support to internal stakeholders in AU, US and EU on key business software applications, with a large focus on Microsoft ERP Business Central.The purpose of our team is to streamline business processes on a global scale by facilitating continuous improvement. In my previous full-time position as a General Administrator at Texstyle Australia, I was point of contact as a systems expert. Proficient in Microsoft ERP programs Dynamics 365 NAV and Business Central, I expanded my skills in inventory management, customer service, data entry, data reporting, accounts receivable and debtor management.I am in my third year of a four-year Bachelor of Business at Deakin University. I plan to complete my major specialisation in 'Business and Digital Communications'. This will further refine my ability to communicate effectively by building my knowledge in public relations, prudent inter-company networking and message disclosure through brand marketing.I’ve had fantastic opportunity within my degree thus far. In August 2021 I spoke on the Business Faculty panel to prospective students about my experience as a working student. In October 2021 I completed an International Consultancy with The Walt Disney Company in France. From July to September 2022 I worked with Business Faculty staff to complete a study on the disparity between regional and metropolitan students.
