I am a dedicated, compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse with a strong passion in the field of Youth Mental Health. I have completed a Masters of Advanced Clinical Nursing majoring in Mental Health from Monash University. I have vast employment experience in multiple healthcare settings that demonstrates my exceptional skills base, working with a range of complex mental health needs. I have worked across acute, subacute and community settings all within tertiary level healthcare. I am extremely passionate about youth mental health and acknowledge the complex developmental phase that is youth and I have significant experience in assessment, providing therapeutic interventions and many skills to engage and build a therapeutic alliance with the youth population. I am currently in a senior consultation position within the youth mental health program at Monash Health. I aspire to continue to expand my skills and knowledge base to better outcomes for youth struggling with complex mental health difficulties.
