When I interviewed at Meraki, I had no idea how much I was going to get to dive into here. When I asked the founders what this role meant to them, the quote above was the answer I got. I can now say, I had the pleasure to build a university recruiting program from scratch. Through lots of plane flights, bribing engineers with snacks and micro-brewed beers, and a little creativity, we were able to build out a successful program that is responsible for 30% of our headcount each year.
