I am a Client Program Coordinator at Steritech, a leading provider of food safety and quality assurance solutions. With over two years of experience in this role, I am passionate about enhancing client relationships, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving growth. My core competencies include:Client Data Management: I support both our external and internal clients by ensuring accuracy and efficiency in client interactions. I work closely with the account management team to update client locations and guide clients in using our system. I work diligently to maintain accurate client data, covering everything from work orders to billing, reducing errors, and improving the overall client experience. I manage client buffers, round generation, blackout dates/times, and other service parameters, aligning them with the terms established in the statement of work. I also communicate program updates and notify clients about upcoming assessments, fostering trust and transparency. Field Administrative Support: I provide invaluable support to our specialists conducting third-party audits, ensuring every audit is a success with accurate results. I work alongside logistics and field personnel to ensure seamless execution of our services and uphold our commitment to delivering on our promises.I will obtain my associates in Arts December 2023. I am also pursuing two associates degrees in Office Administration and IT Business Analysis at Central Piedmont Community College.
