Jess Denton has moved to the Learning and Development Team which sits within the People Team and is a L&D Specialist for Burges Salmon LLP. Her role is to provide an effective learning service and curriculum to the Firm, focussing on the Client Support Team . She is responsible for identifying, shaping and delivering innovative ways to improve and develop courses with the ultimate aim to developing our support teams. Jess is an ILM qualified Executive Coach with a Change Management certification. She is deeply interested in facilitating positive transformations and understands that making transformation personal and openly engaging ultimately makes the difference between success and failure.Jess has over 16 years' experience in helping people reach their goals in her capacity as a coaching line manager prior to achieving her coaching and mentoring qualification in 2020. She is a firm believer in giving people the opportunity to grow and is passionate about helping people unlock their potential with regard to personal development and career progression.
