Responsible for opening and closing studio duties. Manage a staff of 50+ employees including instructors, DJs, front desk staff and cleaning staff. Signing clients into classes, selling class packages and merchandise, handling all customer service related issues, managing outside vendors and software issues and reporting directly to the CEO.

Provide administrative support to the General Manager, management team and staff. Oversee the Private Dining program including events, marketing and social media accounts. Process payroll for a staff of 100+ employees. Manage all in house accounting including the daily deposit, banking, bookkeeping and cash handling. Input and pay all invoices and statements and maintain a good working relationship with vendors. Responsible for all administrative tasks in regards to newly hired employees including verifying I-9 documents. Handle customer service issues such as refunds, reservations and large delivery orders. Responsible for in house HR and assuring employees in registration of healthcare, 401k and transportation benefits.

Responsible for booking, planning and executing all private events for the two million dollar private dining program. Tasks include: giving tours of private dining rooms, setting minimums, menu planning, wine pairings, managing floral and other vendors, preparing management staff and contract execution.Maintaining all social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Work with Executive Chef to photograph cuisine for social media accounts. Build and maintain relationships with local concierge and business contacts.
