Conduct performance assessments on athletes to establish baseline and measure performance progression.Devised lockdown strength and conditioning training plans tailored to athletes’ ability and accessibility to equipment. Consistently deliver informative webinars throughout lockdown regarding nutritional and physiological to support athletes’ lockdown training ready for the return to training and racing as a club.

In this role, I was responsible for planning and delivering high quality, enjoyable athletic periods that engaged and encouraged girls aged 7-16 to become more actively involved in sport and fitness. This was achieved through a game-based approach to establish basic skills that could then be enhanced and incorporated into game situations whilst maintaining the enjoyable aspect of the athletic periods.This role also entailed being responsible for looking after the well-being, safety and happiness of the girls in my care.
