• Constructing monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of RH Consulting's financial performance against financial and operational goals.
• Reconciling monthly activities, generating reports such as risk, utilization, bookings, and revenue generation.
• Creating and managing process flow of consulting contracts such as Task Orders and Statements of Work.
• Collaborating with accounting department to ensure requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to internal and external parties.
• Driving meetings with Regional Consulting Managers for multiple regions around forecast management and key performance capabilities.
• Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordinating and communicating between functions.
