• Constructing monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of RH Consulting's financial performance against financial and operational goals.• Reconciling monthly activities, generating reports such as risk, utilization, bookings, and revenue generation.• Creating and managing process flow of consulting contracts such as Task Orders and Statements of Work.• Collaborating with accounting department to ensure requests are resolved and communicated in a timely manner to internal and external parties.• Driving meetings with Regional Consulting Managers for multiple regions around forecast management and key performance capabilities.• Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordinating and communicating between functions.
