Began my work with the hospital as a customer service representative and vet assistant with a heavy background in animal services. Over the span of my employment I was trained as the interim hospital manager and have taken on the role for the past 3-4 months. This includes caring for clients, handling bank deposits and the safe, along with product ordering and networking with contracted suppliers. Began as a Lane Captain, a solitary role. This resulted in a 10% rise in utilization rates within the first two months in the position, saving the building $10- $20k per week on average in additional trailer requests. This position demanded a high scale independent problem-solving attitude. Secondarily, promoted to a Learning Ambassador, training new employees and upper management through their first week.
