There are many stages in life & everything happens for a reason. We build ourselves with gratitude & by learning many skillsets. The next steps appear around the corner, we then continue to grow & be our best selves in whatever we do.My life is built on choosing opportunities that fit my stage of life & my goals, scheduled around my fam & multiple businesses. Growing in personal development, & developing those who on a similar path. I love connecting others, building on their excitement for what they love & developing lasting partnerships.I love being able to roll with what life brings at any time, & if I sense something has run its course, then I'm very happy to move onto the next thing with a smile. One top tip I tell everyone if they're worried about taking on this kind of mindset, all the skills you've learnt along any path you've taken, are transferable & to many other things in the future... this includes your problem solving skills, mindset, organisational skills, personal communications attitude, love of people & doing your best (I once used a piping bag of mortar to replace a broken brick).When do I know when something's run it's course?I find it's when I'm getting irritated, annoyed, not giving 100%, my energy starts to lack when I enter that arena, & generally I feel 'it's time to move on'. I find that if I let something go when I become aware of this feeling, then I know I've respected the person I've been working for & they can then find someone suitable, & there are no bad feelings.Love what you do & do what you love!If it makes you money even better, but if it doesn't, find something in life that you love, so that there's still that happy fire in your life to keep you motivated to keep doing that thing every day.And... find your tribes.What does this mean? It means to find the people that support your goals, dreams, aspirations & plans at any cost, they're by your side, a shoulder to listen, connect you with their people, & encourage you, your biggest fans.Who your tribe is not - it is not people who question cynically why you're doing what you do, or people who laugh at you or bag you out in front of others, tear you down, criticize your abilities or waste your time. It is not people who hold you back from being your best self, or those who don't hold the same work ethic & values as you in the workplace. And if they're not your tribe & deep down you know it, you're aware of it but are still trying to make them be your tribe... take a good hard look at yourself & walk away from them, thank me later when you realise why.
