Assistant director for local non-profit Montessori based private preschool. Oversee accounts payables, receivables, payroll, quarterly tax filings, monthly reconciliations and financial statement preparation, support staff, licensing needs for State of Alaska child care, state, and local licensure. Working closely with the board of directors finance and policy and procedures committees we collect, analyze, and recommend to the board a course of actions for the continued success of the long standing institution in Fairbanks. With the office staff we manage the fundraising activities and events for the school. Our number one priority is the students grown and independence through daily interaction with the children, stepping in to classrooms as needed and not limited to substituting. Training and onboarding of new staff assisting all families with account access. I work closely with state, tribal, and military programs to ensure families of all backgrounds are able to obtain all assistance available to them, the families understand their accounts, and funds are received in a timely manner. Working closely with the schoolwide staff we have created and implemented an inventory system for all materials from janitorial to classroom crayons, saving funds through managing purchases. The maintenance department falls under my preview including scheduling, following up, and necessary repairs for all items from the HVAC system to the fire suppression system. It is a blessing to be a part of a historic part of this city's legacy and to take part in the beginnings of these children's future.

Maintained records, services, repairs, calibrations, and inspections for all company buildings, tools, and equipment. Created and maintained inventory and purchasing procedures for all shop and paint supplies. Organized mobilization and demobilization of field jobs. Worked with vendors to find best pricing and schedules which were mutually beneficial. Oversaw several departments and employees including maintenance, tool room, expediting, and mechanic.

Meeting with clients to arrange textile needs for specific events and ordering, preparing, delivering, picking up, and laundering of all linens for said events. Billing, accounting, and taxes were also handled solely by myself.
