• Providing generalist HR support to Central HR and Talent team at Head Office as well as supporting the hotel based HR teams, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Collating all on boarding packs (contracts, job descriptions etc.)• Liaising with new starters to ensure all paperwork is returned ahead of their start date, and that their inductions are planned.• Running immigration documentation checks for all staff on a monthly basis. And supporting Hotel teams with any queries. • Conducting online CV searches, salary analysis, competitor research and other ad hoc support for the central Talent team. • Providing support at selection days for our Graduate Manager Programme, including conducting and observing individual and groups assessments. • Liaising with Heads of Departments to ensure colleague reviews are up to date• Running and formatting any reports needed for hotel HR teams and directors. • Providing ad-hoc confidential administrative support to the HR Director. • Ensuring GDPR is adhered to in every aspect of the role. • Ensuring absence, holiday, starter and leaver documentation is correct, • Working closely with the Head of L&D to manage the online training platform and ensuring training is documented. • Maintaining Head Office internal communication methods, including collating and designing the Head Office newsletter. • Assisting in the coordination and organisation of events
