I have been serving in the role of Vice President and Senior Director at ESS-FOOD since 2006, where I specialize in international, cross-cultural, and general management/leadership. Throughout my time at the company, I have overseen a team of 30 employees, who come from diverse backgrounds and represent 8 different nationalities. My operations span across 5 offices in Europe.Having entered the business world in 1997, I bring a wealth of experience in international trading, purchasing, and sales within the food and meat industry. My expertise covers both the B2B and B2C sectors, and I have a track record of success in these areas.My responsibilities have included managing key markets such as Europe, Russia, the Balkans, and CIS countries. While currently based in Copenhagen, I lived in Barcelona from 2016 to 2021, where I focused on expanding our business in Spain with great succes’s. In addition to my proficiency in P&L management, I possess strong skills in strategy development, business development, and key account management. I am known for my ability to deliver results and drive growth.I believe in cultivating employee development and growth, and I do so through an informal and direct management style.
