Hey, I'm Jess. I'm the founder of Kyza Coaching and the Marketing Leader at Bonfe. At Kyza Coaching, I help high-achieving women create holistic habits & routines in their lives so they can find a balance between their health, wellness, and careers. Why you ask? Well, because I am on a mission to help women create a healthy balance between their health and their careers, because excelling in your health and career shouldn’t have to be an either/or choice, and yet so many times it is. Did you know that nearly 50% of women have high-stress levels in their lives and careers, and 33% of women are almost always burnt out, often delaying necessary changes to live authentically and achieve their goals.This is a staggering reality that fuels my passion for what I do. My coaching is rooted in intentionality and vision, helping women break up with chaos and embrace a balanced, fulfilling life. I coach to the domino effect, and all it takes is that first action to create momentum in your life. As a Marketing Leader, I lead with a strategic vision, crafting and executing marketing operations that drive growth and innovation. My journey in marketing has been marked by a pursuit of excellence, a knack for uncovering insights, and a commitment to fostering collaboration and creativity within my teams.In addition to my professional pursuits, I’m a proud single mom of two daughters, which adds a whole new dimension to my understanding of creating balance and intentional living.
