Well, because I am on a mission to help women create a healthy balance between their health and their careers, because excelling in your health and career shouldn’t have to be an either/or choice, and yet so many times it is. Did you know that nearly 50% of women have high-stress levels in their lives and careers, and 33% of women are almost always burnt out, often delaying necessary changes to live authentically and achieve their goals.This is a staggering reality that fuels my passion for what I do.
