Hi, I’m Jess. I am here to create an inclusive and connected space for people to have fun and do the best work of their lives together. I believe that ‘how’ we achieve things is as important as ‘what’ we deliver. I have 25 years’ experience and a track record of success in organisational and industry transformation and technology across a broad spectrum of sectors including pharmaceuticals, not-for-profit, finance, government, information technology, healthcare and mining.Born in the USA, I started my career with a focus on business process optimisation via new technologies. Upon settling in Australia, I explored my passion for people leadership through study and practice around empathy and vulnerability and built various strategic Project Management and Professional Services teams with a connected culture and talent pipeline.I now focus my energy on designing experiences to unlock mutual and sustainable value amidst complexity. Through a human-to-human approach, we can experiment and find creative ways to shift the system and ensure we leave the world a better place than when we rocked up.
