I worked for 15 years as a Clinical Psychologist (DCliPsy - UK) within Child, Family and Parenting Services (NHS-UK). This experience provided a strong foundation of clinical experience, and practice in psychological and therapeutic approaches. I worked across community and specialist mental health services with a diverse range of populations. In 2016 I established my holistic private practice, integrating yoga, meditation and energy healing approaches following training and certification as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher (YA-200), Reiki Master Teacher and Sound Healer.I specialize in mind-body-spirit integration approaches, emotional awareness, compassionate self awareness approaches, meditation, chakra teachings, breath practices, personal growth pathways, women's issues, professional development, organizational development and team building.I offer personal and group coaching programs, workshops, reiki energy healing, online meditation resources, women's circles and transformational women's retreats.
