MCAP is one of Canada's largest independent mortgage financing companies, servicing residential and commercial properties. During my time at MCAP, I worked with residential mortgages and more specifically with their onboarding process, and payment of property taxes.• When working with external and internal partners as well as borrowers, under tight time constraints, created a customized problem de-escalation resolution process• Accurately verified and inputted new mortgages into our database in a timely manner to guarantee release of funding by end of day• Meticulously proofread property tax letters to ensure 0 errors and customer satisfaction

University of Toronto Mississauga Global Brigades (UTMGB) is a student club that works with the Global Brigades Organization. Together, and alongside many other universities across Canada, the United States, and Germany, we coordinate annual 7-day humanitarian trips to Rural Honduras. Throughout the school year, UTMGB seeks student volunteers to go on the trip as well as raise awareness of the organization around the campus. This is often done through info sessions or fundraisers where we partner with local businesses to help give back to the Global Brigades organization. • Filmed and produced an informative video to explain UTMGB which is still being used today• Managed a team of 5 to create social media content, and events to reach out to UTM students, provide information about UTMGB and recruit volunteer members• Coordinated 3 successful school-wide events, recruiting 25 new volunteers to our team• Presented weekly updates of my team’s achievements and downfalls, and proposed solutions to rectify issues
