FX and Commodities -TPM- To work as FX Option Middle Office Control functions which serve as safety net for Middle Office. To perform independent check of the market operations done by Middle Office / Front Office (such as trade event monitoring and validation I.e: barrier monitoring, fixing & expiry check, monitor possible trade duplication and etc.)- Validate Autocallable Swap / CCS interest payment.- Prepare fixing advice to client. - Responsible for Intersystem reconciliation break investigation.- Responsible for Regulatory Reporting (UTI Reporting to HKMA, ASIC & MAS)- Involved in UAT test for several system launch I.e MX 3.0 ,VDI, Window X and etc. - Responsible for EUC’s remediation & enhancement. - Part of Operational Excellence workshop.- Part of People Engagement committee.

HBAP FXO Setts & Inv- Responsible for FX Option & Energy Settlement for Hong Kong & Singapore.- Responsible for Nostro, Suspense’s account breaks investigation.- Involved in DTP Regression & UAT test. - Involved in split side migration training to Manila.

Telebanking Plus (Premier)- To provide Premier Tele-banking service to HBCA Premier customers.
