FX and Commodities -TPM- To work as FX Option Middle Office Control functions which serve as safety net for Middle Office. To perform independent check of the market operations done by Middle Office / Front Office (such as trade event monitoring and validation I.e: barrier monitoring, fixing & expiry check, monitor possible trade duplication and etc.).

HBAP FXO Setts & Inv- Responsible for FX Option & Energy Settlement for Hong Kong & Singapore.- Responsible for Nostro, Suspense’s account breaks investigation.- Involved in DTP Regression & UAT test. - Involved in split side migration training to Manila.

Telebanking Plus (Premier)- To provide Premier Tele-banking service to HBCA Premier customers.

To perform room reservations and resolve customer inquiries via phone.
