TUPE across to Ashbury in February 2021

Having Recently returned to the UK from Travelling South Asia and surrounding areas, I am now seeking to build my career back here in the UK.

• Responsible for managing all operations throughout eight regions nationwide • Managing both local and international team of 60 staff with a management team of seven • Overseeing senior management to deliver on KPI’s to deliver business objectives • Setting relevant KPI to achieve business objectives set by the Managing Director • Monthly business performance reports/ presentations for Managing Director • Chairing weekly management meetings • Innovation on marketing, new products, reporting and service delivery • Managing tier 1 customer relationships and overseeing acquisition of new Tier 1 customers • Overseeing all recruitment and disciplinary actions • Overseeing and where necessary designing and implementing training documentation and programmes for all staff • Maintaining and setting budget performance criteria • Overseeing compliance with local laws and legislation • Establishing and maintaining international supplier relationships

Started on the scheme at Pest Control Technician level in Derbyshire carried out this role for one year before moving into the Surveyor role in South Yorkshire. I am now in the Team Leader role supervising a team of 12 Technicians and ensuring the irrational side of the business runs smoothly.
