Responsible for facilitating cross-departmental collaboration and alignment on strategic priorities, and establishing metrics that measure impact and support budget/funding decisions. Engaged with Network of 200 Food Banks across the country to develop implementation plans in support of organizational direction.

Established and expanded international business for iconic food-retail company into 8 regions throughout the Middle East and Asia. Managed team responsible for new market assessment/entry, shop design/build, international supply chain management, Licensee management, and brand management. Key contribution include:• Negotiated and established Area Development Agreements with six major international partners/investors• Negotiated Licensee buyout of Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, and established company owned business in each region (recouped investment in 1 year)• Drove up YoY sales comps in each region while driving cost out of supply chain each year• Established metrics and KPIs for new market entry and existing market growth• Built effective, repeatable processes for expansion, and SOPs to facilitate rapid growth while maintaining quality and operational excellence
