With an interest in people and their behaviour, I started my studies in Social Work (majoring in Psychology). I realised quickly that I wanted to turn this ‘interest’ into a career in Human Resources to help businesses succeed through their people. I started out in Recruitment early on and then joined Allphones as the first ever HR employee. The business quickly evolved into the AMT Group, providing opportunities to partner with the reputable brands; Samsung, Vodafone, Costco, Woolworths and Virgin Mobile. From HR Coordinator to National HR Manager, leading a team and partnering with reputable brands, I have had excellent exposure to all facets of Human Resources. After a satisfying career in this space, I have now decided to transition out of HR and into a more creative space.
