I am experienced in a range of early years age ranges, as have completed 365 with a range of ages from birth up to 8 years old in my first year of college and currently completing 385 hours with the same range of ages. I also have experience with children with additional needs, such as autism. I have experience within a secondary school environment with children from the ages of 11 to 16, including in class support running interventions and behaviour management. Within these roles I have gained skills such as good communication with children, staff and parents. I gained a English language C/4, English literature B/5 and a Math C/4. I am a very motivated, organised, punctual and confident person. I also have knowledge of first aid and have experience within giving medicines, and medical assistance when needed. I have experience in administration with inputting data, research tasks etc. As one of my roles is based around social media, I have skills within promotion of events on social media platforms, I also have experience within event organisation, dealing with bookings etc. I also have experience with customer service in terms of giving information about events providing people with links to book onto events. I also have experience within talking to parliamentarians
