I am a self-driven individual with 10+years experience of working within the world of Complaint handling, in both regulatory and non regulatory complaints. Working my way up over the last five from a senior complaints handler on to the management team itself. During this time as a manager the team has scaled up to 24 handlers at any one time and continues to grow as with the business requirements. My skill set across all Microsoft platforms is extremely strong, along with my ability to use and adapt to systems such as Respond, Twillio and ConnexWith the management role came not only, the day to day but leading the team from the front during the pandemic, which was a great challenge. I am very hardworking and work well under pressure. I take pride in every task I complete and put 110% in to ensure deadlines are met.
