Working in the Airline Loyalty team, responsible for Velocity’s program design and strategy. Main focus areas included member lifecycle (earning and redeeming Points), Status program and member benefits.

• Campaign and partnership management of airline communications and offers to members of the Velocity Frequent Flyer program. • End-to-end campaign execution for Virgin Australia and all International airline partners. • Ownership of the program development and marketing communications for Airline Redemptions.• Drive the customer lifecycle strategy to acquire, retain and re-engage valued customers.• Ownership and management of all website content on Airline partner pages to enhance member experience.• Working alongside the operational team to develop system for program offers.• Involvement in Partnership launches, including Air Canada. Working for The Travel Corporation, I was responsible for brand marketing for the Australian market for Trafalgar and Costsaver in both online and offline channels. I managed and executed all cooperative partner marketing opportunities and campaigns with all national consortia brands. Other achievements included the development of innovative trade communications, collateral, merchandise and presentations to brand standards for Trafalgar & Costsaver, and the management of content on the Trafalgar trade website, along with digital merchandising for Agent Hub.

During my time at Helloworld Travel I was responsible For executing all national campaigns for the brand and local area marketing.
