As a mindfulness instructor and educator, I help people from various backgrounds and settings improve their well-being, resilience, and self-awareness. I have been teaching mindfulness for over 11 years, and I have a Master's degree in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University.I am also qualified by Brown University to teach MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), an evidence-based course that has been proven to reduce stress, enhance health, and foster emotional balance. I offer workshops, courses, retreats, and coaching for businesses, organizations, communities and teachers. My mission is to make the teachings of mindfulness easy and accessible for anyone who wants to live more fully and peacefully.
