As part of the Integrated Geoscience and Technology group, datasets acquired from core were put into a geologic context that could ultimately be mapped and modeled. Created sampling programs for whole core, constructed facies and depositional models, and worked with various disciplines to better understand and predict the reservoir away from pilot holes. Formations worked include: Wolfcamp, Avalon (Leonard), Bone Spring, Mowry, Muddy, Spraberry, Woodford, and Cane Creek.

Experience was acquired in operations and exploration as part of the Ft. Worth Basin and Delaware Basin asset teams. Oversaw the drilling of wells on rig lines in the Barnett Shale and Bone Spring Sand. Uphole exploratory mapping projects were completed; formations were mapped & evaluated and prospects were identified.
