A natural leader dedicated to building better lives for those suffering from physical and psychiatric diagnoses. My more than 20+ years of medical and psychological experience has created an impressive professional journey. Working as an administrator for a long term psychiatric facility, a clinical coordinator administrator for out-patient support, working as a behavioral health specialist with acute psychiatric patients (IVC'D or voluntarily committed to in-patient treatment) in a hospital with three different psych units, years of working with community leaders, multiple corporate admins, HR personnel, EMR staff, billing staff, clerical and clinical staff, hospitalists, physicians (specialists/general practice), psychiatrists, psychiatric/medical nurses, physician assistants, nurse practioners, therapists with a variety of specialties, and social workers. Each place and person providing the best care within our scope, to achieve a healthy community by rebuilding the patient's network of medical and psychological care. With hopes, the newly created network, will transition into a long term continuity of care for each patient. I work best under pressure finding ways to accomplish what most would find impossible to do in a day's work. I've never left a coworker in the learch. I believe the weakest link can become the strongest, with the right support and preceptor. I treat all staff with respect and dignity from the bottom to the top of the totem pole. I enjoy growing with a company and building professional relationships that last longer than the job. Meeting like minded souls who strive for healthy mind and body, is the best part of working in multiple areas of medicine. I appreciate the allocation of more professional responsibility, and staff challenging me to meet new goals. I look past the idea of time and pay, and towards the impact I can make in one person's life or an entire community. Each day offers new opportunities to build a healthier tomorrow!
