• Collaborate with Partners to ensure technical build of LMS/PMGM/Succession meets business needs• Conduct walk-throughs with Talent Acquisition to highlight to-be processes changes and new ways of working with hiring community• Support all aspects of the design phase of LMS/PMGM/Succession module• Collaborate with programme team HR Process specialists to ensure a coherent and seamless HR user journey• Collaborate with Change and Communications workstream to ensure to-be processes and communicated, embedded and adopted across TA and HR teams• Engage and work with business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle

- Recruitment Management/Onboarding / RMK Success factors module- Responsible for the design and configuration of decisions and ownership of all client-side documentation for Success Factors module.- Highlight any risk and issues and any interdependencies with other workstreams- UAT Testing whilst working with the Implementation partner to prepare and execute- Support the creation of Standard operating procedures related to end to end processes- Understand the document requirements of reporting for relevant SF modules, including dashboards, insights etc.

- Success Factors LMS Admin- Responsible for developing e-learning and face to face training sessions for colleague population of 35,000 staff across BAE- Responsible for approving purchase orders and invoices of 3rd party training administrators, including close management of any training associated budget

- Success Factors EC support- Responsible for colleague satisfaction and applied customer focus, ensuring the level of service is outstanding first time and every time- Provide technical resolution for ongoing change and issues- Collaboration with stakeholders across various HR departments, including providing reporting of our KPIs
